Refund policy
Cancellation Period
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours from the time of purchase, either by clicking the link in the confirmation email, or by logging into a customer account. After that time period, Comic Kingdom Creative will not provide refunds for change of mind or any other reason, whether on pre-orders or in-stock comics.
By placing an order, the buyer is committing to purchase all the items selected, regardless of the date received; in-stock and anticipated shipping dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. The customer is responsible to read the full description of the items purchased and to make inquiries prior to completing checkout. Final cover images may vary from the promotional image, and descriptions may vary from those issued by the publisher.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
Right of Withdrawal: Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to shipping, either by clicking the link in the confirmation email, or by logging into a customer account.
Returns: Items may be returned up to 14 business days from the delivery date of the last item in an order. Buyers may initiate a return by clicking the link in their confirmation email or by logging into an account. Items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which the were shipped, and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee upon receipt by Comic Kingdom Creative. Customers must purchase return shipping, and parcels must be addressed to:

Shipping Damage
Please contact Comic Kingdom Creative at info@comickingdomcreative.com and provide photos showing the area of concern, as well as photos of the packaging. See our Shipping Policy for additional shipping damage information.
Discount Codes
All discount and coupon codes must be entered by the buyer prior to placing an order. Codes cannot be added after purchase, and orders will not be refunded if a code was not entered prior to purchase.
Damage or Printing Defects
We screen comics for damage/defects upon receipt from the distributor/publisher, and ship comics in a condition that will grade at 9.2 or higher unless indicated in a specific listing. We do not accept returns on product purchased unless the product contains damage or printing defects that will result in a lower grade than stated in an individual listing. Buyers wishing to return a product must first contact Comic Kingdom Creative at info@comickingdomcreative.com and provide photos showing the area of concern, which will allow us to decide whether a return is warranted.
Comic Kingdom Creative does not accept unsolicited returns for items with minor imperfections such as small dents, creasing or shelf wear that will still grade 9.2 or higher. Some publishers print many covers on low quality paper, which usually reach us with minor imperfections.

Graded Comics
With the exception of a "Guaranteed 9.8" comic order, all new comics sold by Comic Kingdom Creative are guaranteed to be 9.2 or higher, unless an exception is indicated in a specific listing. We cannot, however, guarantee perfect encapsulation with items from grading companies. Slabs may include minor imperfections, such as light scratches, small plastic chips, or Newton rings. The comic inside remains graded at the level certified by the grader, and Comic Kingdom Creative will not refund or replace those slabs.
